Limited Product Warranty

Clear coverage. Responsible care.

Warranty support begins with the original purchase, the applicable manufacturer terms, and a clear understanding of the product, condition, and care history.

How warranty coverage works

Cievaro helps connect the claim to the correct coverage.

Cievaro furniture is supported by the applicable manufacturer’s limited warranty. Coverage depends on the product, its commercial or residential use, the original purchase, the reported condition, and compliance with the manufacturer’s care requirements.

Cievaro can help organize the information and communicate the claim. Warranty eligibility, inspection requirements, remedy, repair, replacement, labor, freight, and related costs remain subject to the governing manufacturer terms.

Current coverage summary

This summary reflects the manufacturer’s published factory warranty. Product-specific written warranties may provide different terms and will control for that product.

20 years

Residential frames

Limited coverage for the original buyer against defects in frame materials and craftsmanship.

3 years

1 year

Accessories

Limited defect coverage for items such as tabletops, glides, hardware, umbrella bases, cushions, umbrellas, and furniture cleaner, subject to the original manufacturer’s warranty.

Refinishing

Refinish work has separate limitations.

Manufacturer-performed refinish work is warranted for one year on that work only. The published warranty does not cover rust reoccurring after refinishing.

Any refinishing, repair, or alteration should be reviewed before work begins. Unauthorized work may affect warranty eligibility.

Important limitations

Warranty protection requires proper use and maintenance.

The manufacturer’s limited warranty may become void or may not apply when damage or failure results from excluded conditions.

Damage caused by acts of nature or severe weather

Contact with harsh chemicals, solvents, or improper cleaning solutions

Abuse, misuse, impact, or use outside the product’s intended purpose

Unauthorized repairs, alterations, or replacement components

Contact with sulfur water, self-tanning products, suntan lotions, or oils

Normal wear and tear

Scratches, abrasions, finish damage, fading, or color changes

Failure to provide reasonable and necessary care or maintenance

Freight or delivery damage not reported through the applicable delivery process

Conditions or uses excluded by a product-specific manufacturer warranty

Protecting warranty eligibility

Routine care is part of responsible ownership.

Regularly remove dirt, salt, chlorides, spills, sunscreen, oils, and environmental residue using the care method appropriate for the specific material. Rinse thoroughly and allow furniture and fabrics to dry properly.

Do not use harsh chemicals, solvents, gasoline, alcohol, ammonia-based products, abrasive cleaners, scouring agents, or other industrial-strength cleaners unless the applicable product-care instructions specifically permit them.

Cievaro care kits and proprietary cleaner are available for purchase and are customized to the specific furniture and project needs.

Environmental care

Exposure changes the maintenance schedule.

Coastal salt, indoor-pool chlorides, high-use hospitality settings, sunscreen, humidity, standing moisture, freezing conditions, and severe weather may require more frequent cleaning, inspection, storage, or protective action.

Umbrellas should be closed and secured or removed when not in use and should never be used during windy conditions.

Requesting warranty review

Provide enough information to evaluate the condition.

Submitting information does not establish warranty eligibility. It allows Cievaro and the manufacturer to determine the appropriate review and next step.
