Limited Product Warranty
Clear coverage. Responsible care.
Warranty support begins with the original purchase, the applicable manufacturer terms, and a clear understanding of the product, condition, and care history.
How warranty coverage works
Cievaro helps connect the claim to the correct coverage.
Cievaro furniture is supported by the applicable manufacturer’s limited warranty. Coverage depends on the product, its commercial or residential use, the original purchase, the reported condition, and compliance with the manufacturer’s care requirements.
Cievaro can help organize the information and communicate the claim. Warranty eligibility, inspection requirements, remedy, repair, replacement, labor, freight, and related costs remain subject to the governing manufacturer terms.

Protecting warranty eligibility
Routine care is part of responsible ownership.
Regularly remove dirt, salt, chlorides, spills, sunscreen, oils, and environmental residue using the care method appropriate for the specific material. Rinse thoroughly and allow furniture and fabrics to dry properly.
Do not use harsh chemicals, solvents, gasoline, alcohol, ammonia-based products, abrasive cleaners, scouring agents, or other industrial-strength cleaners unless the applicable product-care instructions specifically permit them.
Cievaro care kits and proprietary cleaner are available for purchase and are customized to the specific furniture and project needs.
Review Customer Care ↗Environmental care
Exposure changes the maintenance schedule.
Coastal salt, indoor-pool chlorides, high-use hospitality settings, sunscreen, humidity, standing moisture, freezing conditions, and severe weather may require more frequent cleaning, inspection, storage, or protective action.
Umbrellas should be closed and secured or removed when not in use and should never be used during windy conditions.
Requesting warranty review
Provide enough information to evaluate the condition.
Submitting information does not establish warranty eligibility. It allows Cievaro and the manufacturer to determine the appropriate review and next step.
