Buy-back program

Make room for what’s next—without writing off what you already own.

Eligible outdoor furnishings may receive an approved buy-back value applied within the pricing of a replacement purchase.

A connected replacement path

Refresh the space with the current furniture in the conversation.

The Cievaro buy-back program is a purchase-and-replacement program, not a refurbishing service. We evaluate the existing furniture, the replacement project, marketability, and logistics together.

Share what you have

Tell us about the furnishings you are considering for replacement, including the approximate quantity, age, condition, location, product line or manufacturer, purchase history, and your goals for the refreshed space. Photographs and available documentation help our team provide a more informed initial review.

Receive an evaluation

Cievaro reviews eligibility, current market considerations, transportation, handling, and the scope of the replacement purchase.

Review the proposal

If approved, the buy-back value and its treatment are shown within the replacement furniture proposal.

Coordinate the transition

Removal or transfer logistics are confirmed in writing with the replacement order when applicable.

Important program terms

Evaluation does not guarantee acceptance or value.

Eligibility and value depend on factors including age, condition, quantity, original purchase, current market, location, collection, ownership, documentation, transportation, and the replacement project. Approved value is applied within replacement purchase pricing and is not a cash offer unless expressly stated in writing. No item is accepted until Cievaro provides written approval and the parties agree to the applicable proposal or order terms.
