Our standard
Cievaro uses the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.2 Level AA as its current accessibility target. Measures include semantic structure, keyboard-operable navigation, visible focus indicators, descriptive alternative text, labeled controls, readable contrast, responsive layouts, error identification, and multiple contact methods. Referencing WCAG does not represent that every page or third-party feature is error-free at all times.
Ongoing review
Accessibility is incorporated into design, content, and maintenance practices. We periodically review representative pages and user journeys, correct verified barriers in a reasonable manner, and evaluate new content as the site changes.
Third-party content
Some linked websites, embedded services, documents, or third-party tools may be controlled by providers outside Cievaro. We do not control their accessibility, but we welcome notice of a barrier and will make reasonable efforts to provide the relevant information or service through an accessible alternative.
Request assistance
If you encounter a barrier, identify the page or feature, describe the problem, and share your preferred contact method. Information about your browser or assistive technology is helpful but never required.
Email info@cievaro.com or call 941.479.2755. We will work to provide the information, transaction, or service through an effective accessible method.
No waiver of rights
Nothing in this statement limits rights or remedies available under applicable law. Cievaro may revise this statement as technology, standards, services, and legal requirements evolve.
